WhatsApp Business: Officially available for corporate world on Play Store

Whatsapp business

Finally, WhatsApp has launched its most awaited app “WhatsApp Business”. This application would be completely independent from WhatsApp “standard”, but for now, it is available only on the Android Play Store.

As you have probably guessed by the name, this version was designed specifically for professional users, presenting a dedicated page in the Play Store, keeping the risk of confusion between private and business accounts to a minimum.

The second concern is the association of the phone number, WhatsApp Business can be installed safely with WhatsApp Messenger, but on the same phone (or two different) you have to register each application with a different number, convenient especially for the devices with two SIM.

It is Designed for businesses that want to maintain a certain identity with their customers, WhatsApp Business leads exactly to this distinction, without changing form and substance. Apart from a brief initial configuration, it allows you to choose the name and image of your company. The functions you are already using on your classic WhatsApp such as sending multimedia files, calls or video calls, messages and group chats will remain same as they used to.

With the help of WhatsApp business App, you can also include many useful information such as your website, company address and many other ways to your company profile so that tour clients may get in touch with the company in a better way.

Do not miss a short message of welcome, the messages of absence to notify your availability to customers, quick answers preset, and finally, the ability to manage your account and chat through WhatsApp Web, directly from your computer.
