Virtual ID can be created like this:
It is very easy to generate or create a virtual ID. Come, we are going to tell you full process to make it step-by-step.
Step 1: First go to UIDAI’s website and then to the Virtual Id (VID) generator section.
Step 2: Enter your 12 digit Aadhar number here and enter the security code given on the page.
Step 3: Once you have entered the information, you will receive an OTP (One Time Password) on your registered mobile number (with Aadhar card). You have to enter this OTP (One Time Password) on the page of UIDAI.
Step 4: Here you will find two options, first you can generate a new virtual ID, and if you want, you can also recover your old virtual ID (if you have already generated). To generate a new virtual ID, you need to click on the generated Virtual ID (VID).
Step 5: After this there will be an SMS on your mobile number, in which your virtual ID and date of registration will be given.
Step 6: You can use this virtual ID in your bank and other essential services. If you want to use this virtual ID even further, save the incoming SMS in your phone or write it down. If your virtual ID is lost in some way then you can follow the steps above and generate a new virtual ID again or recover it again.
Hopefully, you will be able to easily generate the virtual ID of the Aadhar card from the above information and you will be free from the problem of data leak of Aadhar card.
