Subsequently to Crytek has published on Steam in early access Hunt: Showdown, which is available for purchase for 29.99 euros.

Hunt: Showdown is the new Crytek shooter that mixes PvP and PvE by colliding players together to capture dangerous prey in the Louisiana swamps. As usual, the title will run thanks to the CryEngine graphics engine.
Hunt mechanics: Showdown mixes PvP and PvE elements in a particular hybrid. It is about taking part in the various creatures’ hunts inside the vast map, with the players divided into teams for a maximum of 5 groups. Once the determined prey is broken down, a reward is obtained, but one must be constantly attentive also to the attacks that may come from other teams intent on stealing the reward of others.
