Overwatch is Pornhub’s most searched game in 2019. The adult content site released on Wednesday (11) the most searched themes of the year and the devices most used by users to watch videos. In addition to the Blizzard shooter, the report also features several famous games such as Fortnite, Resident Evil and Mortal Kombat. Classic characters such as Zelda and Lara Croft are also very popular on the site. Another highlight is that the PS4 was the most used device for access through the system’s default browser.
Since 2018, Overwatch has remained the platform’s search leader. Compared to last year, the game had an 8% increase in searches within Pornhub, while Fortnite fell 17%. The complete list also includes the Pokémon, Minecraft, Apex Legends, Resident Evil, Mortal Kombat, Skyrim, Borderlands, The Witcher, Warcraft, Mass Effect, Tomb Raider, Street Fighter and Final Fantasy franchises.
Exponentially growing games on this list were Resident Evil, with 213% more searches than in 2018, Mortal Kombat, with 102% more, and Borderlands, with 554% more. Remember that these were series that received new games in 2019, which may have helped boost their searches.
In addition, PS4 dominated accesses, with 51.5% overall. In second place was Xbox One, with 34.7% of hits, followed by PS Vita (9.1%), Nintendo Wii U (4.3%) and Nintendo 3DS (0.4%). The mentioned devices have browsers, so they are able to access the platform, which is not possible on the Nintendo Switch.
Finally, Pornhub also featured the most wanted characters on the platform. Personalities such as Zelda, Lara Croft, D.Va, Super Mario, Bowsette, Mercy, Mei, Ada Wong, Ashe, Brigitte, Calamity, Pikachu, Misty, Bowser, Kitana, Argonian, Wraith, Aqua, JAde, Nina , Cammy, Brite Bomber, Khajiit, Chun Li, Sonya Blade, Andromeda, Claire Redfield and Maya.
