When you start using a new smartphone, one of the first things you do is to transfer phone contacts.
The operation can be more or less simple if you stay on the same software platform (from Android to Android, or from iOS to iOS); but if you switch from Android to iPhone, how do we put it.
In this article, we go to the discovery of four methods that allow you to move contacts from Android to iPhone.
Try to try them in the order in which they are introduced: the simplest way works most of the time, but in case it fails, in the second instance you can try the other slightly more complex methods.
TRANSFER THE CONTACTS THROUGH GOOGLE ACCOUNTS
If you have used an Android phone or tablet, you will have to use a Google account. The good news is that all contacts will already have been associated with their Google account. Transferring contacts to the new iPhone will not be a typical task.
The first step is to go to Settings on your Android phone and choose the “Account and sync” option (or similar).
Enter the details of your Google account and enable sync. In this way, Google phone contacts and contacts will get synchronized into your iPhone.
Now, open the new iPhone. Go to Settings> Mail, Contacts, Calendar, and click Add Account. From there, choose Google.

MORE APPROACHED PROCEDURE FOR TRANSFERRING CONTACTS FROM ANDROID TO iPHONE
The above method will work practically in almost all cases. If it does not work, or you simply want to use another process for transferring contacts, follow the following steps:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone. Next, select Mail, contacts, calendars. From there, select Add account> Select More> Select Add CardDAV account.
Then fill in the account information in the following fields:
• Server: Enter “google.com”
• User Name: Enter your Google Account or Google Apps complete email address.
• Password: the password of the Google or Google Apps account.
• Description: Enter a description of the account (for example, Personal Contacts).
• Select Next at the top of the screen.
• Make sure that the “Contacts” option is activated ON.
After completing the setup, open the Contacts application on your device and synchronization will automatically start between your iPhone and Google.
TRANSFER THE CONTACTS FROM ANDROID TO IPHONE THROUGH THE EXCHANGE OF SIM
Unfortunately this process works only if your Android phone was able to contain a SIM similar in size to that of the new iPhone device, both a micro and nano-SIM for later iPhone models.
First of all, save your contacts from the memory of your Android phone to your SIM. Then, insert the SIM into your iPhone, taking care not to lose the iPhone’s SIM. (If you have only one SIM, the procedure is already concluded, ie the contacts have already been acquired from the Android device memory and are located directly on the SIM).
Finally, go to Settings and choose “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” and tap on “Import SIM contacts”. When the operation is finished, you can put the iPhone’s SIM in the phone.
TRANSFER THE CONTACTS FROM ANDROID TO iPHONE USING A SPECIFIC APP
