BrickWorth Account & Data Deletion

BrickWorth (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and gives you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your BrickWorth account and permanently remove all associated data (including your scanned LEGO collection, app preferences, and authentication records stored securely on Supabase), you can do so at any time.

How to Delete Your Account Inside the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the BrickWorth iOS App:

  1. Open the BrickWorth app and sign in.
  2. Navigate to the Settings or Profile tab.
  3. Scroll down and tap on Delete Account (usually located under Data & Privacy).
  4. Confirm your decision in the prompt.

Note: Once confirmed, your account and all your tracked LEGO collection data will be immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.

How to Request Account Deletion via Email (Web)

If you no longer have the app installed or prefer that we delete your account manually, you can submit a data deletion request via email. Apple requires that users have a way to request deletion without reinstalling the app:

  1. Send an email to ankytbhardwaj@gmail.com from the email address exactly as it is associated with your BrickWorth account.
  2. Use the subject line: “Delete BrickWorth Account Request”.
  3. State that you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted.

We will process your request and delete your account and associated Supabase data within 7 business days. We will reply to your email to confirm when the deletion is entirely complete.

What Data is Deleted?

When an account deletion is processed, the following data is completely purged from our Supabase database:

  • Your authentication credentials and user profile.
  • Your entire tracked LEGO collection (including purchase prices, conditions, and notes).
  • Any custom price alerts you have set up.
  • Your stored scan history.

Please note: Active App Store subscriptions (BrickWorth Pro) MUST be canceled directly through your iOS device’s Apple ID Subscriptions settings. Deleting your BrickWorth account does not automatically stop Apple from continuing an active recurring subscription.
