Solution 1: Restore your Internet connection
Switch off the Internet connection (Router, Wireless, Ethernet) for 1 minute and then switch it on again. That’s all. If it does not work, follow the solution 2.
Solution 2: Command Prompt
Run the commands below in the Command Prompt (Admin) one by one. To enter the prompt go to the search box in start and write CMD.
ipconfig / release ipconfig / all ipconfig / flushdns ipconfig / renew netsh int ip set dns netsh winsock reset
Now restart the PC, and then check the Internet connection. If it does not work, follow the solution 3.
Solution 3: Change proxy settings
Right click on the Windows logo and click on Network Connections.
Now find the active Internet connection. Then right click on it and choose Properties.
Select Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP / IPv4) and choose Properties.
Use the following DNS server addresses.
- Preferred DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
- Alternative DNS server: 8.8.4.4
