Rumors: Huawei P40 Pro can have 7 cameras instead of 5

A new leak suggests that the Huawei P40 would have a set of seven cameras on its back. The information comes from 9TechEleven, which published renderings based on the latest rumors about the next generation of the company’s top line.

However, only five details about imaging capabilities have been revealed, namely: 10x optical zoom periscopic lens; wide angle; ToF; plus a 9x optical zoom telephoto or an ultra wide-angle telephoto instead.

According to 9TechEleven, the preliminary configuration of the Huawei P40 Pro is similar to that recently indicated by OnLeaks (one of today’s leading “leakers”), which has published constant renderings on the device.

In these concepts, you can see the main sensor array within a rectangular space, as well as the supposed design of the Samsung Galaxy S11. At the front, there is no notch, but a pair of selfie cameras, positioned on the screen like a hole.

Specifications

In addition to the photographic functions, 9TechEleven  also indicates some possible specifications for the Huawei P40 Pro. Thus, it is expected to be equipped with Kirin 990 processor in addition to 5G as one of the most anticipated technologies. Your screen would be 6.5” or 6.7” AMOLED QHD+, with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 90 Hz refresh.

There would still be chances of your RAM being between 8 GB and 12 GB, while internal storage would have a capacity of 128 GB. However, the vehicle does not provide information about the device battery. This aspect has even appeared divergently among the leakers.

Initially, it was pointed out that it would have graphene base and 5,000 mAh, but analyst Ice Universe, known for anticipating mobile releases, said last week that the use of this material would be “impossible” in smartphones of 2020.

It is also speculated that the Huawei P40 family will be launched in March 2020, but the Chinese company has not officially confirmed any of these leaks.
