Is my data stored in the cloud?
No. All your data (pet profiles, vaccine records, vet visits, and expense logs) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data and nothing is uploaded to any server.
What happens if I delete the app?
Uninstalling PawPrint permanently deletes all your data. Since there is no cloud backup, this cannot be undone. We recommend exporting a PDF health report before uninstalling if you want to keep your records.
How do I use the AI Receipt Scanner?
Tap the camera icon on the Add Expense screen. Point your camera at a vet receipt or bill. PawPrint automatically extracts the vendor name, date, and items. You can then save it to your pet’s history with zero manual typing.
How do I export a PDF report?
Go to the Records tab, tap “Export PDF” at the top. This generates a professional summary of your pet’s medical history and expenses that you can AirDrop or email directly to your vet clinic.
How do I track multiple pets?
Tap the pet switcher in the top navigation to add profiles for as many pets as you need. PawPrint keeps their medical histories, vaccine timelines, and expenses completely separate and organized.
How do I change my reminder time?
Go to the Settings tab to adjust your notification preferences. Reminders for medications or upcoming vaccinations are scheduled locally on your device—no internet connection is needed.
Does PawPrint work offline?
Yes, completely. All core features—including history tracking, timeline management, and PDF export—work entirely offline to ensure your pet’s records are always accessible, even in the vet’s waiting room.
