Among the best weather app I mention the one that is in my opinion the most “social” of all. This app, in addition to offering good weather forecasts, allows you to choose many features of the interface (including icons of the various weather conditions) and offers the ability to let people know how long they are doing in an area by simply taking a picture. In this way you can also take advantage of the social component to learn about storms and changes in time before a bulletin is issued by the authorities.
