Change Home page in Chrome, Firefox and Edge

When you open the browser, do you see a blank page? Would you like to set the Google page as your homepage but do not know how? Well, you’re in the right place. This article, in fact, I’ll show you how to change the Home page for the following browsers:

Google Chrome:

To change the start page in Google Chrome, the first thing to do is obviously to open the browser. To do so double click on the icon in the Desktop or type the word Chrome in the Start search bar and select the first item proposed. Once opened, click on the icon with the three dots located at the top right, and, from the menu that appears, select Settings.

In the Settings, under the Appearance group, select the custom button and in the appropriate field type the complete URL of the page we want to set as the start page.

Mozilla Firefox:

To change the start page in Mozilla Firefox, the first thing to do is obviously to open the browser. To do so, double click on the icon in the Desktop or type the word Firefox in the Start search bar and select the first item proposed. Once opened, click on the icon with the three dashes located at the top right, and, from the menu that appears, select Options. In the General Tab, and more precisely in the Home page field, go to write the URL of the page we want to set as Home page.

Internet Explorer:

To set up the homepage on Internet Explorer, you first need to open the browser. To do so, double-click on the icon in the Desktop or type the word Explorer in the Start search bar and select the first item proposed. Inside the browser click on the gear icon located at the top right and, from the menu that appears, select the Options item. In the Internet Options, open the General tab and in the Home page group, enter the site to be set as the home page.

Microsoft Edge:

To change the start page in Microsft Edge, the first thing to do is obviously to open the browser. To do so, double click on the icon in the Desktop or type the word Edge in the Start search bar and select the first item proposed. Click on the icon with the three dots located in the upper right corner and from the menu that appears select the item Settings. Set in the Open Microsoft Edge field with the value One or more specific pages. In the Enter a URL field, set the site to be set as home. At the end click on the floppy to save the changes.

If everything has been done correctly when opening the browser we should find the page we set.

I hope I have been helpful.
