Fans have always wanted to change their username, but unfortunately this feature has never been available. However, you can now change your username.
The update provides that you can change the name of the clan only once, and you can do it once you arrive at the Town Hall in level 5. Tap the three gears to enter the settings, a menu will open and you will see the new option where you can change the name to your clan, click the option and change the name.
A popup window warns you that you can change the name only once. Just enter the new name you want to have during the game, select continue, and you’re done. I have not tried it myself, but the game will probably be restarted with the new name.
