Among the most basic operations you can do with a Mac is that of editing the text. Through programs such as Microsoft Word, OpenOffice and LibreOffice, it is possible to write and personalize documents at will. But what if, once the document is finished, you want to print multiple pages in a sheet with Mac? The process is actually very simple and will take a few minutes of your time.
How to print multiple pages in a sheet on Mac only
In order to print multiple pages of a document in a single sheet you will have to go to your editor’s print menu. For example, in Microsoft Word, you will have to go to File > Print. For any document, such as a PDF, just right click on it and click on “Print”.
You will see the Preview window, which will show you some basic information such as number of copies, document format and printer name.
Click on “Show details”: more settings will be shown, such as page size and scale.
At the bottom right you will find the “Preview” tab. However, in order to print multiple pages in a sheet with Mac you will have to move to “Layout”. Here the “Pages per Sheet” option will appear, which normally has the value “1”. All you have to do is set the number of pages you are interested in and click on “Print”, at the bottom right.
By following this short procedure correctly, you can print multiple pages in one sheet. Obviously, in order to do this, you need a printer connected to your Mac.
