Here’s how you can find WiFi passwords saved on iPhone or iPad using WiFi Passwords List. Before you can connect to a protected WiFi network on your iPhone or iPad, you will be asked to enter a password.

Once the password is correctly entered, your iOS device will store the password locally so that it can automatically connect whenever the iPhone or iPad is within range of the Wifi network. Unfortunately, Apple does not allow users to view WiFi passwords saved on their device due to security issues.

There is not even a third-party application that allows you to do this, but if you have a jailbroken iPhone, you can find WiFi passwords saved with a Cydia application known as WiFi Passwords List. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to view WiFi passwords saved on iPhone or iPad.

How to find WiFi passwords saved on iPhone or iPad

Step 1:  To install this application your iPhone or iPad must be jailbroken.

Step 2:  Open Cydia.

Step 3:  Go to the Search tab and type WiFi Passwords List. Once found, tap on it to open it.

Step 4:  Press the Install button in the upper right corner.

Step 5:  Cydia will begin installing this application. Once done, go to the Home screen and you should see the application. Tap to open.

Step 6:  Here you can view a list of all the WiFi networks you are connected to and the saved passwords.

Step 7:  To view the password of a given WiFi network, find it in the list and tap it. You can then view your SSID, password and some other information.

This is how you can find saved WiFi passwords on iPhone or iPad. Unfortunately, this operation is not possible without jailbreak, so the only way to view stored WiFi passwords is jailbreaking and installing this Cydia application.
