Hiren’s BootCD PE is a Live CD support through which to create a USB stick or a bootable DVD to start and run Windows 10(many programs included in it) when booting the computer without having to install it on the hard disk.
Solution that returns particularly useful if you need to provide assistance on problematic PCs that do not load the operating system installed on the hard disk, so that you can still try the appropriate repairs, recover files and more. More specifically, Hiren’s BootCD PE is based on Windows 10 PE x64, and in addition to this OS it includes several excellent and free tools and programs.
